The mission of the Satellite Navigation and Communications Systems Advisory Committee is to facilitate, encourage, assist, and support the transition of the Asia Pacific Region's transportation system to a safer, more efficient and cost effective, multimodally integrated satellite based navigation and communication systems infrastructure.  The Group is chaired by Mr. Masahiro Kudo of Japan (email:  kudou-m2ct@mlit.go.jp, phone: 81-3-5253-8739; Fax: 81-3-5253-16631).
